Quick Blueberry Cobbler is one of my favorite desserts. I always make this blueberry cobbler when I want a great dessert to serve family and friends and have blueberries on hand. This recipe turns out delicious and is wonderful with whipped cream or ice cream on top. Take this anywhere and you won’t bring any home. It keeps well for several days in the refrigerator. You can eat it cold or heat in the oven or microwave. You could also double this recipe to feed more people and use different fruits like blackberries or raspberries. This cobbler is so easy to make and the perfect dessert for a small gathering since it’s made in an 9X9. The topping is so good and it gets a little crispy which is the perfect contrast to the blueberries. This dessert is wonderful served warm and topped with ice cream. A delicious treat any time of the year!
